Legal NoticeTerms of UseGDPR NoticeCookie Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled when you contact La Vista Algorfa through the website, email, telephone, or WhatsApp. It also covers the current enquiry-form workflow and the use of Meta Pixel for visit and lead measurement. It should be reviewed again before launch if a different legal entity will operate it.

1. Data controller

This microsite is presented as being marketed by Marshall's Spain. On that basis, the controller for enquiries generated through this page is Marshall's Spain / GRUPO MRE INVEST S.L., Calle Felix Rodriguez de la Fuente 25, 30710 Los Alcazares, Spain.

Main project contact: domien@marshallsspain.com and +34 662 64 72 51.

If the final publisher or controller is different, these controller details must be replaced before publication.

2. What data we collect

  • Name, email address, telephone number, and any interest or enquiry details you submit through the contact form.
  • Information you provide when contacting the project by email, phone, or WhatsApp.
  • Basic technical data that may be generated by hosting or email systems, such as IP address, request logs, timestamps, and security logs.
  • Website and device data associated with Meta Pixel events, such as page visits, referral information, browser identifiers, and thank-you page lead conversions.

3. Why we process your data

  • To respond to requests for brochures, availability, pricing, floor plans, or viewing information.
  • To communicate with you before entering into a reservation or sales process.
  • To send project updates or offers where you have chosen to receive them.
  • To measure campaign performance and lead conversions through Meta Pixel where this tracking is enabled.
  • To protect the website, prevent abuse, and maintain records required for legal or compliance purposes.

4. Legal bases

  • Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
  • Article 6(1)(a) GDPR: consent, where you ask to receive marketing or follow-up updates beyond your original enquiry.
  • Article 6(1)(a) GDPR: consent, where non-essential advertising or conversion tracking technologies require consent in the target market.
  • Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: legitimate interests in operating the website securely, handling enquiries efficiently, and keeping internal records.
  • Article 6(1)(c) GDPR: compliance with legal obligations where applicable.

5. How long we keep your data

Enquiry data is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to answer your request, manage follow-up, and document commercial communications. Where no transaction follows, a practical retention period of up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact is used, unless a longer period is legally required or you ask for earlier deletion and no overriding legal reason applies.

6. Who receives the data

Your data may be accessed by staff or trusted service providers who support the project, such as hosting, email, CRM, website administration, sales coordination providers, FormSubmit for form routing, and Meta Platforms for website measurement, strictly on a need to know basis and subject to confidentiality and data processing obligations.

7. International transfers

If service providers outside the EEA are used, appropriate safeguards such as contractual protections will be applied where required by law. Because the current setup includes a third-party form relay and Meta Pixel, this section should be reviewed with the final production vendors and data transfer documentation before launch.

8. Your rights

  • Access the personal data held about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request deletion where the data is no longer necessary or where consent is withdrawn and no other legal basis applies.
  • Request restriction of processing in the cases provided by GDPR.
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Withdraw consent at any time for marketing or optional communications.
  • Request portability where legally applicable.
  • Lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or your local supervisory authority.

9. How to exercise your rights

Send your request to domien@marshallsspain.com. Please identify yourself sufficiently so the request can be processed securely. If a request concerns the legal controller rather than only the project contact, the request may be redirected internally to the appropriate Marshall's Spain team.

10. Children

This website is not intended for use by children under 16 years of age in relation to property marketing enquiries.

11. Updates to this policy

This page should be updated whenever the operating entity, tools, form workflow, or data retention approach changes.
